Available Positions

1. Controller of Examination (BPS-20)

   • First Division degree (16 years of education) from an HEC-recognized University.

   • 17 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 or above.

2. Treasurer (BPS-20)

   • First Division degree (16 years of education) in Business Administration (with specialization in Finance) or Commerce from HEC recognized University.

   • Member PIPFA (FPA) with 17 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts in a University, Government Department, or Autonomous Organization in BPS-17 or above.

3. Director Works (BPS-20)

   • First Class BE in Civil Engineering with PEC registration.

   • 17 years of experience in BPS-17 or above OR Second Class BE with 20 years of relevant experience.

Terms & Conditions

• Only prescribed application forms will be accepted.

• Each application must include a processing fee of Rs. 5000/- (non-refundable).

• Candidates must submit attested copies of academic documents, CNIC, domicile, and experience certificates.

• Applicants serving in Government/Semi-Government organizations must apply through proper channel with NOC.

• Degrees under the semester system with 3.0 CGPA out of 4.0 or under the annual system with 60% marks will be considered as First Class.

• Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

2. Deposit the application processing fee in favor of Treasurer AUST.

3. Submit the complete application form along with documents to the Registrar, Abbottabad University of Science & Technology.
