Qualification & Experience

Ph.D./MPhil/MS in Education/School Administration/Educational Leadership (preferably) OR any other subject from HEC recognized institute with 1st Division / 2.5 CGPA / 60% marks.

B.Ed./M.Ed. (preferably).

At least 8–10 years of administrative experience with renowned Matric/Inter Schools or Colleges having strength of 800+ students.

Age Limit: 40–55 years.
Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage Cantt Public Girls High School (CPGHS) Bahawalpur.

Ensure quality education, discipline, and administration as per school policies.

Supervise teaching staff, curriculum execution, and student development.

Maintain strong academic standards and modern teaching methodologies.

Represent school in academic boards, parent meetings, and external educational events.
Terms & Conditions

Recruitment will be on contract basis under rules made by the authority.

Contract duration: 3 years, extendable upon satisfactory performance.

The post is non-transferable.

Salary package will be attractive and based on market pattern.
