The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority (PCBDDA), also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD Punjab), is a body authorized to establish and promote environmentally friendly urban regeneration projects based on vertical development principles. A pre-financial feasibility study has determined a value of around PKR 2700B-3000B for this economic advancement, which will generate employment in various sectors. The development is categorized into five districts: Commercial Zone, Digital District, Residential District, Entertainment Zone, and Government Zone. Each district has unique characteristics and is connected by urban green infrastructure designed by renowned international architects. Unique features of this project also include a History Museum, a Jinnah Monument illustrating the rich history of the Walton Airport, and botanical gardens and green spaces that complement the project’s green architecture. Job Description:

PCBDDA is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director Legal to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert legal counsel to safeguard the Authority’s interests and ensure full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include managing all legal affairs, such as contracts, litigation, corporate governance, and regulatory matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (LLB/LLM, etc.) from an HEC-recognized institution.
• Proven experience in providing strategic legal counsel to safeguard an organization’s interests.
• Demonstrated ability to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.
