Vacancies & Eligibility

1) Junior Scale Stenographer (BPS-14) — 01 Post (Minority Quota)

• Qualification: Intermediate or equivalent from a recognized board.
• Skills:
• Shorthand: 50 wpm in English/Urdu
• Typing: 35 wpm in English/Urdu
• Computer: MS Word & MS Excel for English work; InPage for Urdu stenography
• Age Limit: 18–30 years (age relaxation as per Govt. rules)

2) Photographer / Photographer-cum-Cameraman (BPS-14) — 01 Post (Minority Quota)

• Qualification: At least Intermediate (Second Division) or equivalent from a recognized board.

• Experience: 1 year in still photography, Adobe Photoshop, and video photography.

• Age Limit: 18–30 years (age relaxation as per Govt. rules)

Key Responsibilities (Indicative)

Stenographer: shorthand & typing of English/Urdu correspondence, drafting, maintaining records, MS Office/InPage work.
Photographer/Cameraman: official still/video coverage, media assets management, basic editing/retouching (Photoshop), coordination with PR teams.

How to Apply (Step-by-Step via ETEA)

Pre-verification (mandatory):

1. Create your profile at ETEA website.

2. Print the E-Sahulat token from your ETEA profile.

3. Get your CNIC verified at any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (kiosk). Without this verification you cannot apply.

Application & Fee:
4) From 20-08-2025, log in to ETEA and submit the online application for your desired post.
5) After submission, a prescribed online deposit slip (with Project Code & your details) will be generated.
6) Print the slip and deposit the non-refundable test fee via Easypaisa App/Agent or any UBL branch/UBL OMNI agent.
7) Keep the original bank-stamped deposit slip (candidate copy) safe. Do not share it with anyone.
8) Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA at this stage. Only shortlisted candidates after the screening test will provide copies to the Appointing Authority when required.

Roll No. Slip & Test:
9) ETEA will send SMS to download/print your Roll No. Slip from the website. (Avoid ported/converted numbers.)
10) Test date/time/venue will be printed on the Roll No. Slip. No separate call letter will be issued.
11) Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidature is provisionally allowed for the ETEA screening test; detailed scrutiny will be conducted by the Appointing Authority.

2. If found ineligible at any stage, the candidate will be disqualified.

3. Create ETEA profile and complete NADRA E-Sahulat CNIC verification before applying/fee submission.

4. Screening will be based on a test conducted by ETEA.

5. Candidates must be eligible in all respects by the last date.

6. Late/incomplete applications or those with false information will be rejected at any stage.

7. Age relaxation is admissible as per existing Government rules.

8. Government/Semi-Government employees must apply through proper channel.

9. Candidates applying for more than one post must submit separate applications & fee.

10. The Competent Authority may increase/decrease vacancies with cogent reasons.

11. No TA/DA for test/interview.

12. For foreign degrees, provide HEC equivalence.

13. Errors/Omissions are subject to rectification.
