ETEA Jobs 2025 – Assistant, Computer Operator, Patwari & Surveyor

The project Settlement of Land Records in Districts Dir Lower, Dir Upper, and Tehsil Kalam-Swat is inviting applications from eligible candidates having Khyber Pakhtunkhwa domicile. These are project-based positions on fixed pay and contractual basis.

Available Positions

1. Assistant (BPS-16)

• Total Posts: 2 (Dir Upper = 1, Kalam = 1)

• Pay Package: Rs. 75,000 per month

• Qualification: At least 2nd class Bachelor’s degree from HEC-recognized university with 3 years’ relevant experience

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

2. Computer Operator (BPS-16)

• Total Posts: 11 (PD Office = 1, Dir Lower = 1, Dir Upper = 7, Kalam = 2)

• Pay Package: Rs. 75,000 per month

• Qualification:

  • At least 2nd class Master’s in Computer Science/BS (4 years) or equivalent with 1-year relevant experience, OR

  • At least 2nd class Bachelor’s degree with 1-year IT diploma and 3 years’ relevant experience

• Other Requirements: Fluency in English, Urdu, Pashto

• Age Limit: Maximum 40 years

3. Patwari (SPP)

• Total Posts: 91 (Dir Lower = 31, Dir Upper = 45, Kalam = 15)

• Pay Package: Rs. 60,000 per month

• Qualification:

  • Retired Patwari with relevant Land Settlement experience, OR

  • F.A/F.Sc qualification with Patwar course and 3 years’ experience

• Age Limit: As per rules

4. Surveyor (SPP)

• Total Posts: 19 (Dir Upper = 15, Kalam = 4)

• Pay Package: Rs. 60,000 per month

• Qualification:

  • At least 2nd class DAE (Civil) Diploma with 2 years’ experience, OR

  • At least 2nd class Bachelor’s degree in Geography/URP/Civil Engineering or related field with 2 years’ experience in surveying

• Other Requirements:

  • Knowledge of GPS/GNSS technology

  • Preference for candidates registered with the Survey of Pakistan

• Age Limit: Maximum 35 years

Terms & Conditions

1. Candidates must appear in the ETEA screening test (minimum 40% marks required).

2. All posts are purely project-based until June 2027 (extendable upon performance).

3. Applications must be submitted online via ETEA only.

4. Government/Semi-government employees must apply through proper channel.

5. Incomplete or late applications will not be entertained.

6. No TA/DA will be admissible for test or interview.

7. Final selection will be subject to verification of documents.

2. After applying, download the generated deposit slip and submit the test fee through Easy Paisa, Jazz Cash, or UBL Omni Agent.

3. Keep a copy of the original deposit slip (candidate copy).

4. Do not send documents/testimonials to ETEA office at this stage.

5. Submit your online application by 31st August 2025.

6. Roll Number Slips will be available on the ETEA website; candidates will also receive SMS notifications.

7. Test Date, Time, and Venue will be mentioned on Roll No Slip.
