General Instructions for NACTA Jobs 2025

  1. The contract period will be two (02) years (extendable up to eight years).

  2. Only retired Armed Forces personnel physically fit for security duties are eligible.

  3. Either NACTA or the employee can cancel the contract with one-month notice.

  4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for test/interview. Original documents are mandatory at interview time.

  5. Maximum age is calculated from the application’s closing date.

  6. Final selection will depend on security clearance and medical fitness certificate.

  7. Security officials will perform duties including:

    • Controlling NACTA HQs boundary walls through watchtowers.

    • Managing entry/exit at the main gates.

    • Monitoring all incoming and outgoing visitors and employees.
