Position Details

Job Title: Relationship Officer (OG-III / OG-II)
Department: Asset Rehabilitation Wing – Special Assets Management
Location: Karachi
Reporting To: Wing Head – Asset Rehabilitation Wing

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Minimum graduation from a local or international HEC-recognized university or institute. Candidates with a Master’s degree or professional banking qualifications will be preferred.
Experience: At least 2 years of banking experience in relationship management, credit risk management, or recovery portfolio handling.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of SME and wholesale banking
- Familiarity with SBP Prudential Regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Effective team player

Key Responsibilities

Manage and monitor non-performing portfolios and assist in recovery strategies.
Prepare proposals for restructuring, rehabilitation, and settlements.
Coordinate with legal and credit divisions for action plans on delinquent accounts.
Monitor NPL (Non-Performing Loan) accounts and ensure compliance with SBP regulations.
Develop MIS reports, assist in management reviews, and liaise with regional offices for recoveries.
