Director Level Positions

1. Director General (DG) Investment Relations – 1 Post

   • Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years) from HEC-recognized institution

   • Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in investment relations, project planning, and coordination

   • Preference for candidates with government sector experience

   • Maximum Age: 55 years

2. Director General (DG) Business Development – 1 Post

   • Master’s degree or equivalent (16 years)

   • 15 years of professional experience with 5 years in leadership

   • Proven track record in investment promotion

   • Maximum Age: 55 years

3. Director (Project & Business Development) – 1 Post

   • Master’s degree (Business, Economics, or related)

   • 10 years’ experience (5 years in similar role)

   • Expertise in managing large projects and business development strategies

   • Maximum Age: 50 years

4. Director (Transactions) – 1 Post

   • Master’s in Administration, Business, Management, HR, or related

   • 10 years’ experience in the relevant field

   • Strong market and industry knowledge

   • Maximum Age: 50 years

5. Director (Policy Research) – 1 Post

   • Master’s in Public Policy, Economics, International Development, or related

   • 10 years’ experience (5 years leadership)

   • Experience in policy frameworks and recommendations

   • Maximum Age: 50 years

6. Director Finance – 1 Post

   • Master’s degree (Finance/Accounting) with professional membership

   • 10 years’ relevant experience (5 years leadership)

   • Proficiency in government financial regulations

   • Maximum Age: 50 years

7. Company Secretary – 1 Post

   • Master’s in Business/Commerce or 16-year qualification

   • Member of recognized professional body

   • 5 years’ relevant experience

   • Maximum Age: 50 years

Eligibility Highlights

• Master’s or equivalent 16 years’ qualification from HEC-recognized institutions (for officers/managers)

• Relevant professional and leadership experience as specified for each role

• Maximum age limit varies from 30 to 55 years (with relaxation in suitable cases)
